Verification email, login, or account access problems
Troubleshoot missing verification codes, sign-in failures, and access that does not match your account.
Check which account you are using
For accounts registered in ACE Music, Google sign-in and email-and-password sign-in access the same account when the email address matches. If you registered with Google, you can use Forgot password? to set a password. For older ACE Studio accounts, Google and email-and-password accounts remain separate, even with the same email address; use the original sign-in method for the Studio account you want to access.
- If you have an email sign-in password, you can use it to log in. If you registered in ACE Music with Google, choose Forgot password? to set one.
- For Google sign-in, select the Google account with the email address you want to use. For an older ACE Studio account registered with Google, continue using Google sign-in.
Open Account and check your email address and UID. If you are using an older ACE Studio account, also check that you used its original sign-in method.

I have not received a verification code
- Check that the email address in the form is correct and accessible to you.
- Look in spam, junk, and other filtered folders, and search your mailbox for ACE Music.
- Allow time for delivery. If the form offers a resend option, use it when available rather than submitting repeated requests.
- If you requested several codes, use the latest one. If it is rejected, check the message on the form and request a fresh code when allowed.
If delivery still fails, report the destination email address and the approximate request time and time zone. Do not send the code itself.
My email and password do not work
Check that you entered your registered email. Use Forgot password? to set or reset your password with an email verification code. This also works if you registered in ACE Music with Google. If you have an older ACE Studio account registered with Google, use Google sign-in. See the instructions below. sign-in and password reset instructions
Google login does not finish
Check which Google account is selected and note any error shown by Google or ACE Music. If the browser reports that a sign-in window was blocked, allow that window for this site and try again. If practical, compare another browser to see whether the problem is specific to your current browser. Do not disable security protections broadly. A problem accessing the Google account itself must be resolved through Google's recovery process.
I logged in, but my songs or paid access are missing
- Open Account and check your email address and UID. If you are using an older ACE Studio account, also check that you used its original sign-in method.
- For songs, clear Library search and filters.
- For paid access, compare Subscription with your receipt and confirm that payment completed.
- Contact support if the mismatch remains. Do not purchase again just to test whether access appears.
For returning users, see existing accounts and songs. For billing discrepancies, see billing troubleshooting.
What to send support
Provide your UID if you can access Account, registered email, login method, time and time zone, browser and device, exact error or screenshot, and the steps you tried. For missing access, include the expected plan and receipt or order reference. If you cannot log in, say that your UID is unavailable and provide the registered email instead. Never send a password, verification code, sign-in token, or full card details.
Find your UID before contacting support
- Sign in to ACE Music and open Create.
- On a computer, open the account menu from the account area at the bottom of the left sidebar, then choose Account. If the sidebar is expanded, use the ⋯ button. On a phone, tap your avatar at the top of the page, then choose Account.
- Find the UID row and select Copy. If copying is blocked, select the UID text and copy it manually.
- Include this UID in your support message, along with the details below.
You can also open the Account page directly while signed in. Your UID identifies your account; it is different from a song ID or an order number. If you cannot sign in or open Account, contact support using your registered email address and say that your UID is unavailable. Do not delay reporting the problem just because you cannot retrieve it.
When signed in, choose Contact Support, or email support@acemusic.ai. Our team aims to reply within two business days. Never send your password, verification codes, or full payment-card details.
