Use your existing ACE Music or ACE Studio account
Sign in with your existing account and find your songs after moving to the new ACE Music.
Use your original account
If you already have an ACE Music or ACE Studio account, you can use it to log in to ACE Music without registering again. The sign-in rules below depend on where you originally registered.
For accounts registered in ACE Music, Google sign-in and email-and-password sign-in access the same account when the email address matches. If you registered with Google, you can use Forgot password? to set a password. For older ACE Studio accounts, Google and email-and-password accounts remain separate, even with the same email address; use the original sign-in method for the Studio account you want to access.

Find your existing songs
Your old ACE Music works are retained. After signing in, open Library and clear any search or filters before checking for them. You do not need to upload those songs again as part of moving to the new website.
The earlier ACE Music version did not have subscriptions or Credits, so there is no old ACE Music subscription or credit balance to transfer. This does not describe an existing ACE Studio subscription.
If your account has paid access
Check the current plan and Credits shown in ACE Music. If an existing ACE Studio subscription appears to be missing or mapped incorrectly, contact support so the team can check the account and purchase. Do not buy a second subscription solely to resolve a suspected account mismatch.
If something is missing
- Open Account and check your email address and UID. If you are using an older ACE Studio account, also check that you used its original sign-in method.
- If you use Google, check that you selected the correct Google account.
- For missing songs, clear Library filters and note a few missing titles or saved song links.
- For missing paid access, keep your receipt or subscription reference.
Email support@acemusic.ai with your registered email, original sign-in method, UID if accessible, the missing song or subscription details, and any relevant screenshots. Explain whether you previously used ACE Music, ACE Studio, or both. Do not create more accounts or repurchase while support investigates.
Find your UID before contacting support
- Sign in to ACE Music and open Create.
- On a computer, open the account menu from the account area at the bottom of the left sidebar, then choose Account. If the sidebar is expanded, use the ⋯ button. On a phone, tap your avatar at the top of the page, then choose Account.
- Find the UID row and select Copy. If copying is blocked, select the UID text and copy it manually.
- Include this UID in your support message, along with the details below.
You can also open the Account page directly while signed in. Your UID identifies your account; it is different from a song ID or an order number. If you cannot sign in or open Account, contact support using your registered email address and say that your UID is unavailable. Do not delay reporting the problem just because you cannot retrieve it.
When signed in, choose Contact Support, or email support@acemusic.ai. Our team aims to reply within two business days. Never send your password, verification codes, or full payment-card details.
