QUESTIONS

Plans and billing FAQ.

Can I start for free?

The Free plan includes 20 credits per day and a shared creation queue. ACE-Step MP3 downloads are free; downloads from other models require a paid plan.

How does yearly billing work?

The yearly view shows the equivalent monthly price. The full annual amount is billed for the year. Switching the price display here does not change your subscription.

How many credits does a song cost?

ACE Music v1 makes two songs per generation for 4 credits, 2 credits a song. ACE-Step v1.5 generates for free; reading the score of an ACE-Step song costs 1 credit the first time, and the score stays with the song.

Is there a limit on uploads?

Each account can keep a total amount of uploaded audio: 10 minutes on Free, 30 minutes on Creator and 60 minutes on Artist and Artist Pro.

When do credits refill?

Free credits refill daily. Creator and Artist credits refill monthly, including when the subscription is billed yearly.

What is included with ACE Studio?

Artist includes access to ACE Studio alongside ACE Music. The features listed in the Artist card describe the separate Studio application.

Where do I manage my subscription?

Sign in and open Subscription from your account menu. You can review the available plans and manage your existing subscription there.
