Sign up, log in, and reset your password
Use email and password or Google to access ACE Music, verify your email, and recover a forgotten password.
Check which account you are using
For accounts registered in ACE Music, Google sign-in and email-and-password sign-in access the same account when the email address matches. If you registered with Google, you can use Forgot password? to set a password. For older ACE Studio accounts, Google and email-and-password accounts remain separate, even with the same email address; use the original sign-in method for the Studio account you want to access.
Create an account with email
- Choose Log In on the website, then Sign up.
- Enter your email address and a password, then submit the form.
- When asked to verify your email, enter the code sent to that address and complete verification.
- Complete the setup questions if they appear, then continue to Create.
Use an email address you can access. If you already have an ACE Music or ACE Studio account, log in to that account instead of registering again.

Log in with email and password
Open Log In, enter your email and password, and select Log in. If you registered in ACE Music with Google and have not set a password, choose Forgot password? to set one using an email verification code.

Continue with Google
Choose the Google sign-in option and select the Google account associated with your ACE Music account. Follow Google's authorization steps, then return to ACE Music. If you have several Google accounts, check which one you selected before looking for your songs or subscription.
Reset a forgotten password
Use these steps to reset an email sign-in password. If you registered in ACE Music with Google, you can also use them to set a password for the same account. This does not merge separate older ACE Studio accounts.
- Open the login form and select Forgot password?.
- Enter your registered email address and request the verification code.
- Enter the code from your email, set a new password, and complete the reset.
- Return to login and use the new password.
Resetting an ACE Music password does not change your Google password. For a problem signing in to Google itself, use Google's account recovery process.

If you cannot complete these steps
See verification email and login troubleshooting. Do not share a verification code with anyone, including support.
