Manage your plan, Credits, and subscription

Check your current plan

Open the Subscription page while signed in. Review your current plan, billing period, Credits, and the next billing or cancellation date shown there. Use Pricing to compare current plan features and prices. Checkout shows the applicable payment amount and currency.

How included Credits refresh

• Free plan: included Credits refresh daily. Unused daily Credits do not accumulate into the next day.
• Paid plans: included monthly Credits refresh on the first day of each month, Pacific Time. Unused monthly Credits do not carry over to the next month. Annual subscriptions also receive monthly credit refreshes.

The credit refresh schedule is separate from your subscription billing date. For costs and failed-task credit handling, read Credits usage. Credit top-up packs are not currently available.

Upgrade or downgrade

Choose the plan and billing option offered on Subscription and review the payment details before confirming. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. If an upgrade requires a prorated payment, it is charged at the time of the change. A credit created by a downgrade is retained as a billing balance toward future payments; it is not generation Credits. Contact support if you want to request a refund of that billing balance.

What happens to Credits when you downgrade?

If you switch to a plan with fewer monthly Credits, the extra Credits granted by your previous plan for the current month will be taken back. Review the confirmation before switching. Changing only the billing cycle without changing the plan does not reduce the monthly Credit allowance. Any billing credit from proration is separate from music-generation Credits and goes toward future payments.

Cancel automatic renewal

1. Open Subscription and choose Manage.
2. Choose the cancellation option and complete the confirmation steps.
3. Check the cancellation date and confirmation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Your paid access continues until then. Closing the page or simply stopping use of ACE Music does not cancel renewal. Subscription pausing is not currently available.

Commercial use and downloads

ACE-Step 1.5 outputs can be used commercially on Free or paid plans, and MP3 downloads are available for those outputs. For other models, commercial use depends on your plan when the output was generated: eligible paid-plan outputs retain their commercial permission after cancellation, while upgrading does not retroactively grant commercial permission to outputs generated on Free. Download access is a separate plan condition. See commercial use and privacy and the Terms of Service.

Billing questions or refund requests

See billing troubleshooting for what to include. Refund requests are handled under the Terms of Service, including applicable mandatory rights. If payment succeeded but the expected access is missing, contact support before purchasing again.
