Commercial use, privacy, and account requests

This article summarizes where to find the rules that apply to your songs and account. Refer to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the full provisions.

Can I use a song commercially?

ACE-Step v1.5 Outputs may be used commercially on the Free plan as well as paid plans, subject to the Terms and third-party rights.

For other models, including future models, commercial-use permission is determined by your plan when the Output is generated. Outputs generated with an active paid subscription have commercial-use permission under the Terms. Outputs generated on the Free plan are for personal, non-commercial use. A later upgrade does not retroactively grant commercial rights to those Free-plan Outputs. Canceling or downgrading does not revoke commercial-use permission already granted.

These permissions do not clear rights in lyrics, recordings, images, or other material supplied by someone else, or guarantee copyright protection or exclusivity.

What happens when I share a link?

Anyone with a song’s sharing link can open it and listen without signing in. Sharing links do not have settings for restricting who can open them. Link sharing is different from publishing to a community feed. A link does not grant the recipient ownership or unrestricted rights to the song. See sharing-link access before sharing.

Privacy and account requests

The Privacy Policy explains how account information and submitted content are handled. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact support@acemusic.ai using your registered email address. Account deletion also terminates active subscriptions to prevent future subscription charges. We may need information to verify your request; do not send your password.
