The generated result does not match my input
Review lyrics, melody references, style, and output quality before requesting another version.
Lyrics, descriptions, and references guide generation; they do not guarantee exact reproduction. A playable result that differs from your intent is different from a failed task.
Identify the difference
- Lyrics or pronunciation: compare the sung words with the Lyrics you submitted. Put the overall musical direction in Style. In Custom, short performance directions can go inside section tags in Lyrics; keep them separate from the words to sing. Check the result for pronunciation and how those directions were interpreted.
- Melody: inspect the recognized or edited reference. If the input was read incorrectly, correct the reference before generating again.
- Style: remove conflicting directions and describe the most important traits clearly. In the ACEMusic workflow, compare one influence adjustment at a time.
- Cover or Mashup: these create a new performance, not an exact copy or a splice of source recordings. Check which references and lyrics were actually used.
- Duration or structure: describe the desired structure, but do not assume an exact duration or section arrangement.
- Stems: listen to the isolated part and original song. Separation can leave bleed or artifacts and does not recover the original production session.
Try a focused change
Keep a copy of the input, change one or two relevant details, and compare the next result. A new generation uses the applicable cost and does not edit the previous song. Repeating a request does not guarantee a better result.
For unwanted singing, see instrumental guidance. For incorrectly read notes, see reference recognition.
What to include in your report
Include your UID, model, workflow, song identifier, the timestamp of the affected audio passage, and a brief comparison of expected and actual behavior. Include the relevant input text when appropriate; provide source files only if requested and you have permission to share them.
Find your UID before contacting support
- Sign in to ACE Music and open Create.
- On a computer, open the account menu from the account area at the bottom of the left sidebar, then choose Account. If the sidebar is expanded, use the ⋯ button. On a phone, tap your avatar at the top of the page, then choose Account.
- Find the UID row and select Copy. If copying is blocked, select the UID text and copy it manually.
- Include this UID in your support message, along with the details below.
You can also open the Account page directly while signed in. Your UID identifies your account; it is different from a song ID or an order number. If you cannot sign in or open Account, contact support using your registered email address and say that your UID is unavailable. Do not delay reporting the problem just because you cannot retrieve it.
Signed-in users can choose Contact Support. You can also email support@acemusic.ai. Our team aims to reply within two business days. Send passwords, verification codes, API keys, and full payment-card details to no one.
